Good news for the ‘Dill Mill Gayye’ fans! The show has got a temporary relief as of now as it has been given an extension of two weeks by the channel. Recently, it was reported that the popular youth based show of Star One is going off air on October 15 due to the low TRPs. However, as per the latest development, the show will now end on October 29.
The channel has claimed that it will offer the best of the show during these last few episodes. The viewers can look forward to a comeback of the old gang to say good bye to their ardent fans in style, which will definitely leave the audience mesmerized.

Dill Mill Gayye is a youth based show, aired on Star One, mon to fri at 8.00pm. It started three years back with Shilpa Anand and Karan Singh Grover as the lead actors. The story revolves around Dr. Riddhima (played by Shilpa Anand) and Dr. Armaan (played by Karan Singh Grover). The show enjoyed its highest trp during its first year. Shilpa Anand, had to leave the show after 9 months. After that this role was played by Sukirti Khandpal, who was yet again replaced by Jennifer Winget.

Viewers have already got this shocking news that their favorite show ‘Dill Mill Gayye’ on Star One , is going off air on this October 15. Apart from the viewers, the news has also shocked one of the lead actors of the show Shilpa Anand, who played the role of Dr Riddhima in the first season.
Now days all his fans are worried about is, his image on onscreen. It was earlier reported that Karan Wahi also known as Dr. 
Shilpa Tulaskar needs no introduction; this talented actress has done many shows like Shanti, Palchin, Dil Mill Gaye, Ladies Special and many others.
On the request of audience’s favourite on-screen couple Yuvraaj (Sehban) and Naina (Neha Jhulka), makers of Dill Mill Gayye has roped in the duo back in the show.
As reported earlier, the unit of Star One’s ‘Dill Mill Gayye’ were working day in and day out for making a bank of episodes so that Karan Singh Grover (Dr. Armaan), who is one of the participant of Colors’ ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’, could be set free for the shoot, which was from 12th August to 5th September. So the whole unit geared up to make sufficient episodes of the show for the bank. But with the intention to make enough episodes the unit has ended up making a lot more of episodes than needed.
Sailing on two boats at the same time is really a tough task for a person. It can become a pain for others as well. Same situation is faced by the cast and crew of Star One’s ‘Dill Mill Gayye’ as Karan Singh Grover will also be a part of Colors’ ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 3’. So even though KSG is participating in KK3, its DMG members who are put into task.
